We only support Cash on Delivery (COD). Please prepare the exact amount when the courier delivers your order. For Oman orders, amount is charged in OMR.

Yes. Every order is shipped in a plain, unmarked box with no product name or branding on the outside. The courier receipt shows only our company name.

Wash with warm water and mild soap or a dedicated toy cleaner. Silicone and glass products can be boiled to sterilize. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
You can contact us via WhatsApp or email before the order is shipped to cancel or modify it. Once shipped, returns are accepted only for defective items.
